Please provide a screenshot of your Viu user ID to prove that you are the owner/user of the Viu account, then select “Contact Us” to request to delete your Viu membership account.
Contact Us
For Android users:
1. Tap “Menu”
2. Select “Terms & Conditions” then “Contact Us”
For iOS users:
1. Tap “Menu”
2. Tap your account name or profile picture. (Top of the menu)
3. Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.
4. The "Delete this account?" button should appear to perform account deletion.
Website users:
1. Select “Contact Us” on page button
Finding your Viu user ID
For iOS/Android users:
1. Enter the Viu app
2. Click on the Viu avatar in the top left-hand corner to enter the member center
3. After entering the member center, click on the user photo
4. You will then see your user ID below
For Website users:
1. Enter “My Profile” at Viu.com
2. You will then see your Viu user ID
Note: The process takes 10 working days and information contained in this account cannot be restored once the account has been deleted.
