Delete your account through the Viu app by following these steps:
- Open the Viu app.
- Tap "Profile"in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap your name to enter "My Profile".
- Tap "Edit" in the top-right corner.
- Under your User ID, tap “Delete this account?”
Note:
i. Only account deletion has no Subscription will be processed.
ii. Account deletion may take 5-7 working days after submission, account deleted CANNOT be recovered
