Viu Premium subscriptions are geo-locked to the country where they were purchased.
If you purchased a Viu Premium subscription in The Philippines, your Viu Premium benefits are available only while you are in The Philippines. If you travel outside of The Philippines, such as to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand, your Viu Premium benefits will not apply.
However, you can still access and watch Viu in other countries as a free user, subject to the content availability and applicable restrictions in that country.
Example:
If you purchased Viu Premium in The Philippines and travel to Malaysia:
- ✅ You can still access Viu in Malaysia as a free user.
- ❌ Your Philippine Viu Premium benefits will not apply while you are in Malaysia.
- 🔄 Your Viu Premium benefits will be available again when you return to Singapore.
