How to subscribe
You can subscribe to Viu Paid Service via App Store and Google Play on your mobile device, and also with credit card, debit card, and select e-wallets via our website. You may also subscribe to Viu Paid Service via customer service plans if you are using the following:
Google Play:
(1) Credit/Debit Card
(2) Globe and Smart Postpaid
(3) GCash
(4) Paypal
App Store:
(1) Credit/Debit Card
(2) Smart Postpaid
(3) GCash
(4) Paymaya
If subscribing via Appstore/Playstore is successful but Premium service is not reflected please refer to the restoration of subscription below.
Restore Subscription
Please make sure you are logged in to a correct Viu account. As your Apple ID or Google ID might have linked to another Viu account, we suggest you to restore its subscription. Please take the following steps:
1. Open the Viu app on your mobile device
2. Tap the Viu logo in the top left corner to enter Member Center
3. Select “Upgrade Now / Login” or “Exclusive Privileges”
4. Select a Viu service plan
5. Scroll down the page and click “Restore your order here”
6. Enter the password to log in to your Apple ID or Google ID
If error still occurs, feel free to message us via enquiry.ph@viu.com, attached with your User ID and E-receipt (sent by App Store/ Google Play Store). You may find your User ID by following the steps below:
1. Open the Viu app on your mobile device
2. Tap the Viu logo in the top left corner to enter Member Center
3. Tap the profile image
4. Find the Viu User ID at the bottom.
