Email
Click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of a received email, please allow 3-5 days to process the update.
Push notifications
Web:
- Go to Settings of your browser
- Select the website you would like to clear cookies for
Note: Clearing cookies may also sign you out of the Viu website.
App:
- Go to the side menu of the Viu app
- Select "Notifications" from the side menu
- Turn off the notification type options you would like to stop receiving
