The person to be insured must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged between 18 and 80
- Hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card
- Reside in Hong Kong
- Complete registration via the designated Club Care registration webpage within seven days after issuance of the registration code
- Subscribe to the specified service plan using a credit card, debit card, or an AlipayHK account registered under the real-name scheme
- The name shown on the payment method must match the name of the insured person under the insurance plan
Note: The user must be both the applicant and paying entity in respect of the specified Viu service plan. If the name on the payment record does not match the name of the insured person, or if the user’s AlipayHK account is not registered under the real-name scheme, the user may not be eligible for cover under the insurance plan. Final eligibility and claims decisions rest solely with Bolttech Insurance. Complete eligibility criteria for insurance cover shall be governed by the policy documents. The Annual TravelCare Insurance cover period is 12 months from the effective date of the specified service plan.
