I forgot my password, how do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

For Web :

1. Click on the "Member" option on the top right side of the main page.
   

For App :

1. Click on the menu button on the top left side of the main page.

Continue with below steps:

 2. Click the 'Login' option.
 3. Click the 'Log in with Email' option.
 4. Click "Forgot My Password”.
 5. Enter your email address and click 'Continue'. You will get a link in your registered email with         instructions to reset your password.
 6. Check your inbox or spam/junk folder and click on 'Reset Password
 7. Enter your new password and reconfirm the new password
 8. Click 'Submit' and you may continue to login with the new password.
