You can connect your Viu account to your TV in two ways:
• Scan a QR code
• Use a PIN Code
1. Use a QR code
1. Open the Viu TV app on your TV.
2. From the menu, select Profile.
3. Select Log in/Sign Up now.
4. Scan the QR code with your mobile device.
If you're not already logged in to the Viu app, you will be asked to log in.
Once the QR code is scanned, you’ll be signed in automatically on your TV.
2. Use a PIN code
1. Open the Viu TV app on your TV.
2. From the menu, select Profile.
3. Select Log in/Sign Up now.
4. Under the QR code, select the option Get PIN code instead.
Then, on your mobile or desktop:
5. Open the Viu website or Viu App.
6. Go to Profile.
7. Select Connect to TV.
If you're not already logged in to your Viu account, you will be asked to log in.
8. Enter the 6-digit PIN shown on your TV.
You’ll be signed in on your TV once the code is confirmed.
