I have purchased a Cignal Super subscription pack. How do I access the Viu Premium that comes with my Cignal Super subscription?
On your mobile device, open the Cignal Super app, log in with your mobile number, and proceed to your chosen Viu show. If it is your first time accessing Viu through Cignal Super, you will be asked to nominate or create an account to bind with your Cignal Super subscription pack. You can only nominate free accounts to bind to Cignal Super. You can then use the credentials of your Viu account to access your Viu Premium on our different supported devices.
I have a billing concern regarding my Cignal Super subscription. How can I fix it?

I have an existing Viu account. Can I link it to my Cignal Super subscription?
Yes, you can. If it is your first time accessing Viu through Cignal Super, you will be asked to nominate or create an account to bind with your Cignal Super subscription pack. You can only nominate free accounts to bind to Cignal Super.
If you currently have a Viu Premium account and would like to bind an account to Cignal Super, you can simply create a new free account.
I got logged out of my Viu account with Cignal Super subscription. How do I log in again?
Simply proceed to the Cignal Super app and select the Viu content you wish to watch. You will be redirected to the Viu app with the nominated account.
