Please make sure you are logged in to a correct Viu account. As your Apple ID or Google ID might have linked to another Viu account, we suggest you to restore its subscription. Please take the following steps:
1. Open the Viu app on your mobile device
2. Tap the Viu logo in the top left corner to enter Member Center
3. Select “Upgrade Now / Login” or “Exclusive Privileges”
4. Select a Viu service plan
5. Scroll down the page and click “Restore your order here”
6. Enter the password to log in to your Apple ID or Google ID
Once you restore your subscription, please send an email to enquiry.sg2@viu.com attached with your User ID and E-receipt (sent by App Store/ Google Play Store) for follow-up. You may find your User ID by following the steps below:
1. Open the Viu app on your mobile device
2. Tap the Viu logo in the top left corner to enter Member Center
3. Tap the profile image
4. Find the Viu User ID at the bottom
