Google
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription via Google Play Store:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Select “Google Profile” and “Payments & Subscriptions”.
3. Select “Subscriptions”.
4. Look for your Viu subscription.
5. Tap the “Cancel Subscription” button.
6. Follow the remaining instructions until the process is completed.
Apple
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription via the Apple Store:
1. Go to “Settings” on your iOS device.
2. Select your account.
3. Select “Subscriptions”. (If you do not see “Subscriptions”, open the “App Store” instead. Then select your Apple ID, choose “View Apple ID”, sign in, scroll down to “Subscriptions”, and select “Subscriptions”.)
4. Look for your Viu subscription
5. Cancel the subscription and confirm.
Huawei
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription via Huawei AppGallery:
1. Open the Huawei AppGallery on your Android device
2. Select your Huawei account
3. Select “Payments & Purchases”
4. Select “Subscriptions”
5. Choose the package you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Subscription”
Betterpay/Voucher
Your Viu Premium subscription is a one-time purchase only. No renewal charges will be applied, and no cancellation is required.
Credit/Debit Card
If you subscribed to our service via the Viu app or viu.com using a debit/credit card (excluding App Store or Google Play), please visit “My Profile” on viu.com to cancel your subscription.
