Please provide a screenshot of your Viu user ID to prove that you are the owner/user of the Viu account, then select “Contact Us” to request to delete your Viu membership account.

- Tap “Menu”
- Select “Terms & Conditions” then “Contact Us”
For iOS users:

Tap “Menu”

Tap your account name or profile picture. (Top of the menu)

Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.

The "Delete this account?" button should appear to perform account deletion.
Website users:
- Locate and Select “Contact Us” at the bottom of the main page.
Note: The process takes 10 working days to complete. Any information contained in this account cannot be restored once the account has been deleted and no refund shall be provided.
