Viu & iQIYI Bundle Terms & Conditions

Subscribe to the Viu & iQIYI Bundle (“Viu & iQIYI Bundle”) Terms & Conditions (these “Terms & Conditions”):

  1. The Viu & iQIYI Bundle is available for subscription to all new Viu members or existing Viu members with either a free or selected paid membership plan (“Eligible Subscribers”) through the designated webpage(s) as may be announced by us from time to time. Depending on your subscription to the relevant Viu & iQIYI Bundle (details set out below), you will enjoy access to both the relevant services provided by iQIYI (the “iQIYI Service”) and Viu (the “Viu Premium Service”). 
  2. Eligible Subscribers can enjoy the following bundle at the regular prices indicated below (“Regular Price”):
    1. 30-day Viu & iQIYI Bundle at Rp75,000 (include tax) for each 30-day period, which includes:
      1. 30-day iQIYI Standard VIP (“30-day iQIYI Standard VIP”) (valued at Rp39,000), which provides a 30-day access to the iQIYI Standard VIP Service; and 
      2. 30-day Viu Premium Service Plan (“30-day Viu Premium Service Plan”) (valued at Rp55,000 (include tax)), which provides 30-day access to the Viu Premium Service.
    2. If you are a Viu Premium Service user subscribing to a Viu & iQIYI Bundle, such subscription may alter your existing subscription plan in accordance with the details specified on the relevant webpage during your subscription to the Viu & iQIYI Bundle. Details of such changes, including applicable charges and residual access, will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
  3. Without affecting the generality of Clauses 6 and 7 below, Eligible Subscribers who subscribe the 30-day Viu & iQIYI Bundle between October 15, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. and November 13, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. Western Indonesia Time (WIB) (both dates inclusive) can enjoy the following Introductory Prices (“Introductory Price”) for the first subscription cycle:
    1. 30-day Viu & iQIYI Bundle at Rp55,000 for the first 30-day period 
    2. If you do not cancel your Viu & iQIYI Bundle (“Your Plan”) via the relevant Viu.com webpage at least 24 hours before the day that your subscription to Viu & iQIYI Bundle expires, the Regular Price for Your Plan  as set out in Clause 2 above will be charged for the subsequent periods on a recurring basis.
  4. Eligible Subscribers must pay directly via www.viu.com/ott/id for the Viu & iQIYI Bundle via the direct credit card/debit card/e-wallet payment gateway (“Third Party Payment Gateway”) authorized by PT Vuclip Digital Indonesia (“Viu”). The Third-Party Payment Gateway will charge the full amount against your credit card/debit card/e-wallet account at the time of subscription. The credit card/debit card/e-wallet account used for payment must be valid, in good standing, and functioning properly; otherwise, your subscription will become invalid. Once successful payment for the Viu & iQIYI Bundle has been made, a confirmation email concerning the transaction will be sent to your email address. Except in cases verified by Viu as a failed transaction, payments made for the Viu & iQIYI Bundle are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 
  5. The Viu & iQIYI Bundle cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and may only be subscribed to within Indonesia. Viu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the entitlement or eligibility of any Viu ID to purchase or use the Viu & iQIYI Bundle. 
  6. (a) Unless cancelled, your Viu & iQIYI Bundle will automatically renew on a recurring basis. If you do not cancel your Viu & iQIYI Bundle via the relevant Viu ID webpage at least 24 hours before the day that your subscription to Viu & iQIYI Bundle expires, you agree that Viu may automatically charge the applicable fee you paid for the relevant bundle (or such other fees as may be published from time to time on the Viu website) for successive period(s) until the subscription is cancelled.(b) If Viu & iQIYI Bundle is terminated or becomes unavailable, you acknowledge and agree that (i) your Viu & iQIYI Bundle will be converted to the Viu Premium Service (or any equivalent plan then offered) for the same duration as  your Viu & iQIYI Bundle (i.e. 30 days ); and (ii) upon expiry of the Bundle Validity Period (as defined in Clause 6 below), Viu may automatically charge the applicable fee for such plan for successive periods, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to expiry.  
  7. Your Viu & iQIYI Bundle subscription takes effect immediately upon successful payment, and will continue to run for the period covered by your subscription plan (i.e. 30 days ) (“Bundle Validity Period”) and subject to automatic renewal stipulated in Clause 5 above. Please note: 
    1. The Viu Premium Service will be automatically added to your Viu account and activated for use after the Viu & iQIYI Bundle subscription takes effect;
    2. The iQIYI Standard VIP and the iQIYI Service are provided by iQIYI International Singapore Pte Ltd (“iQIYI”).  To activate your iQIYI Standard VIP, you must access iQIYI’s website (www.iq.com) through Viu’s designated activation link [www.viu.com/ott/id/en/member/plan], and either (a) create a new account; or (b) if log in to your existing iQIYI account (“iQIYI Account”) and follow the instructions for activation.
    3. ​Any other active iQIYI subscription(s) linked to your iQIYI Account may be stacked up with the iQIYI Standard VIP subscribed through Viu under Viu & iQIYI Bundle.  Your other active iQIYI subscription(s) would not in any way affect the Bundle Validity Period or the automatic renewal thereof. For the consumption rules in relation to the various types of iQIYI subscription(s), please refer to iQIYI T&Cs (as defined in Clause 8 below) for details.
    4. Viu is not responsible for any issues relating to the iQIYI Service including its activation, access, or for any actions or omissions of iQIYI. For any queries regarding your iQIYI Account or iQIYI Service, please contact iQIYI’s customer service directly.
  8. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Viu and iQIYI Account credentials (i.e., login name and password). Viu shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising directly or indirectly from, or in connection with the loss, theft, or misuse of your account's credentials.
  9. Viu is not the supplier, operator, or controller of the iQIYI Standard VIP or the iQIYI Service (collectively, “iQIYI’s Products and Services”) and makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee (whether express or implied) in relation to the iQIYI’s Products and Services, including, but not limited to, their quality or merchantability. Viu accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the iQIYI’s Products and Services. Details about the content, supported devices and specifications of iQIYI’s Products and Services are subject to iQIYI’s latest announcement on iQIYI’s website (accessed via https://www.iq.com) and/or App and iQIYI’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the iQIYI Terms of Service (accessed via https://www.iq.com/intl-common/international-useragreement.html?lang=en_us) (“iQIYI T&Cs”). Viu shall not be responsible for any liability, claim, loss, or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with (a) the content, performance, or availability of the iQIYI Products and Services; (b) the downloading, installation, and/or use of the iQIYI App and the iQIYI’s Products and Services; and (c) any act or omission of iQIYI.
  10. The Viu Premium Service and the iQIYI Service can only be used for your own personal and non-commercial use in the country where you subscribe for the Viu & iQIYI Bundle (i.e., Indonesia). The contents offered by Viu Premium Service and iQIYI Service in different countries may vary and are subject to change from time to time. 
  11. By signing up/subscribing to the Viu & iQIYI Bundle, you (a) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and the Viu Terms & Conditions ((https://www.viu.com/ott/id/id/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions))) and (b) understand and agree that Viu may use and share with iQIYI your personal data (provided by you during subscription of the Viu & iQIYI Bundle) (“Subscriber Data”) for the purposes in relation to the Viu & iQIYI Bundle and the provision of Viu Premium Service including but not limited to administering your subscription, activation, and use of the Viu & iQIYI Bundle and the Viu Premium Service. You further understand and agree that any personal data and information collected by Viu in connection with your subscription to and use of the Viu & iQIYI Bundle and Viu Premium Service, is collected, used, and/or disclosed in accordance with Viu’s Privacy Statement (accessed via https://www.pccw.com/privacy-statement/index.page?locale=en). For the collection, use and/or disclosure of Subscriber Data by iQIYI, please refer to iQIYI’s privacy and data protection policies (accessed via https://www.iq.com/intl-common/international-privacyagreement.html?lang=en_us) and/or another relevant iQIYI T&Cs at iQIYI’s website and/or App.  
  12. Viu reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, as well as to vary or terminate Viu & iQIYI Bundle, or any part thereof, without any prior notice. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by Viu shall be final and binding. 
  13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Viu, and/or any of its affiliates be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of use, data, business or profits) arising from, or in connection with, your subscription to, or use of, the Viu & iQIYI Bundle, the Viu Premium Service, and the iQIYI Service, whether such liability arises from any claim based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and regardless of whether or not you have been advised in advance of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  14. Without affecting the generality of clause 12, the aggregate liability of Viu and/or our affiliates owed to you in connection with the Viu & iQIYI Bundle shall not exceed the total monetary sum paid by you to Viu for the Viu & iQIYI Bundle in the preceding twelve (12) months from the date when such dispute or claim or the first of various such disputes or claims (as the case may be) arises. 
  15. You agree that the Viu & iQIYI Bundle and these Terms & Conditions are governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising from, or in connection with, the Viu & iQIYI Bundle and these Terms & Conditions must be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
  16. Available only for direct-billed purchases via iQIYI and Viu. Access content from each service separately. Content, features and device compatibility varies by service. For details, including info on billing and cancellation, visit the iQIYI Help Center or the Viu Help Center. Use of iQIYI and Viu are subject to their respective terms and conditions, see each of iQIYI Terms of Use and Viu Terms of Use. 
  17. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Indonesia (if any) versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail
