Users need to retain these items for the purpose of identity verification and insurance claims: 

1. Viu User ID
2. Official payment record for the service plan to which you subscribe
3. Credit card, debit card or bank statement clearly displaying your identity and relevant payment details (where applicable)
4. Screenshots of AlipayHK payment records and identity info (where applicable)
5. Registration code
6. Confirmatory SMS and email from Club Care (including the policy number and effective cover date)
