Visit the Viu web page and click “Login” located in the top right corner. Choose “Email Login” and click on “Forgot Password”.
In the Viu app, tap the Viu logo in the top left corner to enter Member Center. Tap the “Login” icon, select “Email Login” and “Forgot Password”.
